The Full Life Journey: A nurturing, year-long small-group exploration of life, meaning, and dying well
About Me
For three decades, I have studied and practiced the work of Gay and Katie Hendricks. I served as a Conscious Living Coach and Care Coordinator at the Ottawa Integrative Cancer Centre where I supported people facing many stages of cancer as well as the profound emotional realities of grief, loss, and dying.
These experiences have shaped my ability to be fully present with big feelings and the deeper questions that arise when we softly face our mortality. My approach is caring, grounded, lightly humorous, and compassionate.
What I Offer
The Full Life Journey is a nurturing, year-long intimate group of 10 participants. We gently and honestly engage the fears, grief, questions, and silence that often surround death in our culture.
As we turn toward what is often avoided, we open to greater meaning, authenticity, connection, peace, and aliveness. This course brings the conversation about death out into the light. It is a journey into living more fully. Come join me.
