Relationship Freedom and Possibility
I support women and parents in creating new narratives in order to thrive in their relationships with themselves and others. By unwinding past conditionings of feeling unsafe and not enough they learn to reconnect with their true selves.
As a child they may have learned to hide or deny their self. They then spent the rest of their life living from that place. This created beliefs from a fear-based lens. When in lack or “not enough” there is a fighting against self resulting in fear-based relationships.
I help women and parents release old ways of living and believing that have kept them stuck in negative patterns. They will learn to create new narratives, let go of “shoulds” and live from a new self. My clients step out of fear and into freedom and possibility.
