I’ve started, managed, and grown companies, and my work across multiple careers has given me a strong foundation in business growth, operations, marketing, and accounting. My years in the music industry—as a record label executive, tour manager, and artist advocate—instilled a deep respect for the creative process and the artist’s journey. That experience continues to shape my coaching: I care deeply about both a professional’s effectiveness and alignment to essential self.
